Is coaching with Lizzie directly?

Yes, you will always work directly with me. I offer multiple options to suit your needs and levels of support.

Is Online coaching better than in person training?

Yes! whilst in person training might be amazing for some, it lacks accountability, support around nutrition and often works out to be considerably more expensive. Consider one hour of PT-ing in London costs a minimum of £75 an hour, which doesn’t cover the other 30 days…you have me at your finger tips 24/7.

Is there a commitment period?

Yes 3 months for 1-1, I suggest going for a committed period of either 6 or 12 months for the most insane results!

Can this be done anywhere in the world?

Yes this coaching is International! It can suit any environment, and lifestyle and is fully versatile.

I'm nervous to start...

That’s completely normal. Most women who join me feel exactly the same at the beginning, especially if they’ve tried things before that haven’t worked out. Feeling nervous doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It just means you care. But this is coaching like you’ve never had before, supportive, personalised, realistic, and built around your life not the other way around! Sometimes you have to feel the nerves and take the leap anyway…
